Il est exig\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Loi concernant les droits sur les mutations immobili\u00e8res et s\u2019applique \u00e0 la plupart des transferts de propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/h5><h5>Cette page pr\u00e9sente les modalit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de calcul, les taux en vigueur ainsi que les renseignements utiles pour comprendre la facturation. Pour toute exon\u00e9ration des droits pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l\u2019acte de vente, la Ville se r\u00e9serve le droit de demander des pi\u00e8ces
